Eat extremely healthy. I have been sick all weekend, and today isn't much better. So, I figure a ton of fruits and veggies and massive amounts of water will help nix this blasted cold. Here are some great recipes I want to try this week I found on Kraftfoods.
Springtime Spinach Salad:
1 bag (10 oz.) spinach leaves
2 cups sugar snap peas or pea pods
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds, toasted
2/3 cup Catalina Dressing
Snack-y lunch: 16 wheat thins crackers, 8 sugar snap peas, 8 baby carrots, 1/2 cup grapes, 6 slices of ham and 2 tbsp ranch
Take-alongs: 1 Tbsp. ranch, 1 100-calorie pack oreos, 1/2 cup red pepper strips, 5 ritz crackers, 6 slices lean turkey breast
Mac mix ins: 6 slices of bacon chopped, 1 tomato chopped, 1 pkg deluxe mac and cheese
Make something. I just want to finish one thing. My bank account is looking a little bleak so I need to get on top of making my little creations to sell on Etsy. Or maybe some bath bombs
