Lower Bathroom
My dear friend over at Owl and the Phoenix is making a few updates to her house, so I thought I would share mine as well :D
This is my lower bathroom which I use more often than the upper (counterspace)
I have a love-hate for the tile. I think if it wasnt covering the counters as well I wouldnt be that bothered by it, and I'm not exactly a fan of baby blue which covers the walls accenting the blue in the tiles.

As you can see I have tried to add some black and green to tone down the overwhelming blue and usually keep my black towels in this bathroom although its not shone.
Ok, so bare with me. This is my first "mood-board"
The Plan:
- Paint the cabinets similar to the Barnworn kit from Caromal Colours
- Rip out the shower door because it hits the toilet when you try to get out and replace with a shower curtian like this from Anthropologie
- Replace the mirror/medicine cabinet
- Rip out that odd overhaning box above the vanity and add new vanity lights
- Install a little shelf over the toilet with a clock coz I am always running late ;)
- Add new bathrugs
- A bench to actually sit at.
- Repaint the walls, maybe white?
- Paint the trim white like the walls or the distressed like the cabinets?

Cuteness
So, I had a major cleaning day over at mah house. And now I feel like decorating lavishly :)
Since my wallet and my husband has a tad bit more masculine taste, here are some eye candy pieces I am swooning over from Heather Bullard:

I have a weird French Country Gothic Traditional stlye.
I like French Country Furniture with more Traditional lines and Gothic decor.
I love the ecclectic style but in small dosages, I'd rather be more minimalist having eveything in its place.
These are from Z Gallerie
Way too many funs at that store!
